Probleme bei der Verbindung zwischen Sharepoint und unserem CRM-System (Onlyoffice)

Hallo zusammen,

Wir haben bereits seit Monaten das Problem, eine Verbindung zwischen Sharepoint und unserem CRM-System (Onlyoffice) aufzubauen.

Das CRM-System ist cloudbasiert (www.onlyoffice.com). Die Verbindung soll dazu dienen, unsere Backups von Onlyoffice direkt in Sharepoint abzulegen. Doch bei jedem Verbindungsversuch gibt es eine Fehlermeldung.

Wir haben die Verbindungs-URL korrekt angegeben, dazu den Benutzernamen und das Passwort. Der Benutzer ist globaler Administrator.

Also Ordnertitel haben wir auch alles Mögliche angegeben, es klappt trotzdem nie.

Wir stehen hierzu bereits seit Monaten sowohl mit dem Onlyoffice- als auch mit dem Microsoft-Support in Kontakt, jedoch hat niemand eine Lösung. Laut Onlyoffice liegt das Problem irgendwo in einer Einstellung unserer Sharepoint-Instanz, da sich unser CRM-System mit der Sharepoint-Instanz von Onlyoffice selbst verbinden lässt. Nur mit unserer Instanz gibt es Probleme.

Daher frage ich nun hier um Rat, kann es irgendjemand hier weiterhelfen?

We have been having problems establishing a connection between Sharepoint and our CRM system (Onlyoffice) for months.

The CRM system is cloud-based (www.onlyoffice.com). The connection is intended to be used to store our backups from Onlyoffice directly in Sharepoint.

But every time we try to connect, we get an error message.

We have entered the connection URL correctly, as well as the user name and password. The user is a global administrator. We have also entered all sorts of folder titles, but it still never works.

We have been in contact with both Onlyoffice and Microsoft support for months, but no one has a solution. According to Onlyoffice, the problem lies somewhere in a setting on our Sharepoint instance, as our CRM system can be connected to the Sharepoint instance of Onlyoffice itself.

There are only problems with our instance.
