Hallo zusammen,

    Hi, Krissi.g.1234

    Good day!

Thanks for posting into our community and we're glad to assist you.

According to your description, the issue of your concern that you're experiencing a couple of issues with Microsoft Bookings.

Would you please try following steps and see if it can make any differences:

    1. Appointment Not Displayed in Customer's Calendar:
      • Ensure that the customer has accepted the booking invitation. Sometimes, the appointment won't appear in their calendar until they accept it.
      • Check the email settings in Bookings to make sure that notifications are being sent correctly. Go to the Booking Page settings and verify that the email notifications are enabled for customers.
      • Verify that the customer's email address is entered correctly in the booking details.
    2. Customer Not Appearing as a Participant:
      • Make sure that the customer is added as a participant in the booking. When creating the appointment, double-check that the customer's email is included in the participant list.
      • If the customer is not appearing even after manually opening the .ics file, it might be an issue with how the .ics file is being processed. Ensure that the customer's email client supports .ics files properly.

If these steps don't resolve the issue, for saving your time, I recommend reaching out to Microsoft Booking support/community if you have further query on Bookings.
