I'm unable to access Azure with the Authenticatioj app - while other MSFT apps work

I'm unable to login to my Azure account anymore and I have a running bill I need to get sorted out.
I have been using the Authenticator app with my normal MSFT accounts and it works fine. However my Azrue Account does not send any codes to confirm to my authenticator app.
I need urgent help to get my Azure bills under control again.
