Artifact Signing Organization validation for a German sole proprietor – which details and documents are accepted?

Hello,

I am a software publisher from Germany.

I run my business as a sole proprietor under the trade name "Martel Innovation" and sell my own Windows

desktop application through my own website. I would like to sign the

application and its installer with Artifact Signing (Public Trust), so that

Windows Smart App Control and SmartScreen can verify the publisher.

According to the documentation, Organization validation is available in the

EU, while Individual validation is currently limited to the USA and Canada.

I will therefore complete the Organization identity validation.

I would be grateful for your help with the following points:

1. Which details should I, as a German sole proprietor, enter in the fields "Organization Name" and "Business Identifier"? Should I enter "Martel Innovation" as a DBA (trade name) together with my own name?
2. My business is a sole proprietorship and is not registered in the commercial register. Which documents does the validation team accept? Would a copy of my business registration (Gewerbeanmeldung) and my VAT identification number be sufficient?
3. Is an email address on my own business domain sufficient as the primary email address for the validation?
