How can I link my approvals to a specific dataverse environment ? It always shows up under "personal productivity". I want it under my teams group dataverse.

There is no direct way to link your approvals to a specific database environment, as the approvals are stored in the default database environment of your tenant. However, there are some possible workarounds that you can try, such as:

• Creating a custom connector to access the approvals data from the default database environment and use it in your flows in the other database environment.

• Using the Microsoft Dataverse connector (preview) to connect to other Dataverse environments and perform actions on the approvals data.

• Sharing your approvals data with your team members using the Share option in the Approvals app in Teams
