Hi Thomas,
This may be happening for a few different reasons, such as the Business Premium license not being fully provisioned yet, certain services (like OneDrive or Microsoft 365 Apps) not being enabled for your account, or another account-specific issue affecting access to Microsoft 365 services.
To help narrow down the cause, you may try the following:
1/ Verify license assignment
If you have admin access, check whether your account has been assigned a Microsoft 365 Business Premium license.
Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Users > Active Users > Select your account > Licenses and apps > then check whether the checkbox next to Microsoft 365 Business Premium is selected.
If you do not have admin access, please ask your IT administrator to verify this for you.
2/ Check license service settings
Review the license details and confirm that services such as Microsoft 365 Apps and OneDrive are enabled for your account by:
Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Users > Active Users > Select your account > Licenses and apps > Apps.
3/ Check OneDrive access
If you're using OneDrive on your PC, check whether the OneDrive icon appears in the system tray (bottom-right corner of the screen). If it does, try unlinking the account and then signing in again. (OneDrive icon > Settings > Account > Unlink this PC)
Also, try accessing OneDrive on the web by opening any Microsoft 365 web app (for example, Outlook on the web), then select the App launcher (nine dots) and choose OneDrive. Check whether your files are visible there.
4/ Check Office app activation
If you are not able to open the desktop versions of Word, Excel, or PowerPoint, please let me know the exact error message you see.
In the meantime, you can also try:
- Open an Office app >Select your profile > Sign out
- Sign back in with the account that has the Business Premium subscription
If the issue continues, try uninstalling Microsoft 365 and then reinstalling it from your My Account page > Apps and devices > Install Office.
I hope this information is helpful. Let me know if you have any questions.
