Jeg har problemer med at logge på min private Hotmail konto, og kan ikke komme i kontakt med et levende mennesket, så derfor prøver jeg denne vej.

Jeg kan ikke huske min kode, og mit tlf nr som er tilknyttet, er et gammelt nr, har forsøgt en gendannelse af min konto, men hører intet fra mikrosoft..

If you no longer remember your password, you will be asked to verify your identity using the alternate security contact method, such as a phone number or email address.

Do you have any other recovery options besides your recovery phone number, such as an email address or Authenticator?

Microsoft recommends that users have at least three verification methods, so even if one method is disabled, you can use another to sign in.

In this situation, if you no longer have access to your recovery phone number to verify your identity, you will need to replace it. On the Verify your identity screen, select 'I don't have any of these' and follow the prompts to replace the security information.

Note - If you remove all of your previous security information and replace it with something new, your account will be put into a restricted state for 30 days.
