Mails disappears

When my wife send e-mails from her iphone to my microsoft e-mail the mail never arrive. She send from a microsoft account with e-mail adress @outlook.dk. I have also an microsoft account with e-mail @outlook.dk. Here e-mail is on my list of trusted receivers.

    Hello

    On her phone, can you have her check her sent box, and see if that email currently sits in there?

    On your side, how did you check? Did you check using email app, or using web UI? If you use app, can you make sure you check on www.outlook.com via web browser instead, and see if the email is there? If not, check Spam, Archive and Deleted items, see if it might be there? In addition, go to Outlook.com Settings on the web, and in the Mail app, check Rules, Forwarding, Sweep, if you see anything you didn't set up, remove.
