Antispoofing false positive

My hotmail account is falsely flagged by anti spoofing i think.

Emails from my self always go to junk and cannot be released into the inbox.

I cannot mark them as "NOT JUNK" and outlook treats my own adress as an unsafe sender.

I have tried changing alias without luck.

My IP adress in not blocked.

I need my spamprofile/spoofing reset.

Help :)

Also i have gotten a spam mail FROM myself, to myself - in my inbox!!!!obviously i did not send this.

I cant upload a video of the failure. Point is, the search bar under help does not work and i dont get the option to contact support. I hoped you were support.

I am so sorry to hear that you couldn't upload the video and that the search bar under the Help menu is completely broken for you. Have you been able to connect with a live support agent since your last message?

If you haven't been able to reach them yet because the in-app help is failing, we can bypass the app entirely. Here are the alternative steps to reach a live chat agent directly through your web browser:

Go to the Microsoft Contact Us page.

Type in a brief description of your issue in the search box and click Get Help.

Scroll down and click on Contact Support at the bottom of the page.

From the drop-down menus, choose Other Products for the Product/Service, and choose Outlook for the Category.

Click Confirm, and you should see an option to Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

Please let me know if these suggestions match your intention. If not, please let me know so we can work further on this!

I cant use the help function. It does not load anything contact funktions when i follow your instructions in the help tab.

I NEED help.

I have now received another spam mail - looks like it is sent by my self, byt its not - in ny junk mail. I think that is the main problem. How can someone else send mail to me from my own email adress?? I NEED help urgently!

I’m so sorry the Help tab didn't quite get you through to a live agent as expected. If you’d still like to chat with someone directly, I’ve attached a few screenshots below to help guide you through the process step-by-step:

Go to the Microsoft Contact Us page. Type in a brief description of your issue in the search box and scroll to the bottom and click Sign in to contact Support

From the drop-down menus, choose as bellow

Click Confirm, and you should see an option to Chat with a support agent in your web browser.

As for that email you received—please try not to worry. It’s a common trick called "spoofing." Even though it looks like it was sent from your own address, it’s actually a visual mask used by scammers to try and feel more intimidating. They don’t actually have access to your account or your password.

Note: For your security and privacy, I have reviewed the email examples you provided and removed them from your public post.

Since the email went straight to your Junk folder, your account security is working as it should. You can safely delete the message and ignore any demands inside.

There is no hidden rule, just the one you suggested
There is no forwarding
I cant. That is why i am in problems. I have spent 100 hours on try to make my mail work. I am 1 seconds away from deleting my accounaccount and go to gmail because i cant get help. See my video when trying to use the help function.

here you see that it does not amke a difference if i send from mobileapp or pc browser. first they end up in the uwanted box and is quickly transfered Brugerens billede

to the junk box automatically.
