Either Microphone or speaker not working in teams on my Jabra evolve 28 headset

My Jabra evolve 82 headset suddenly does not work in teams. After a recent update either the microphone or the speaker does not work whenever I am in a Teams call. Our internal support helped out, and after an update from Microsoft, my headset worked again. But then came another Microsoft update, and now I am not able to use my headset once again. In teams I have set my jabra evolve headset as the speaker and microphone input/output. But my microphone does not work?

My jabra evovle headset works fine with my Iphone, but not in teams? What is going on?

Can you please help me? I have configured it inside privacy and applications settings to my headset, but it is still not working?

    The issue appears to be related to Microsoft updates affecting audio device settings. Restarting the PC and applying the latest Microsoft update resolved the problem. 

    More Information: 

    • The problem occurred after a Microsoft update and was fixed by installing the latest update and restarting the PC. 
    • Teams device settings were correctly configured (Jabra Evolve selected for both speaker and microphone). 
    • No hardware issue was present since the headset worked on other devices. 
    • If the issue reappears, checking for pending Windows or Teams updates and restarting the PC is recommended.
