Hvordan får jeg iCloud til at virke i Outlook

Jeg har indstalleret Windows 11 og har Microsoft 365. Problem: Jeg har installeret iCloud for bl.a. at dele kontaktpersoner og kalender i min iPhone med Outlook, men når jeg beder iCloud om at åbne kontaktpersoner og kalendere i outlook får jeg denne besked:

"Der er enten ikke nogen standardmailklient eller den aktuelle mailklient kan ikke udføre meddelelsesanmodningen. Kør Microsoft Outlook og angiv den som standardmailklient."

    Thanks for posting. Can you confirm if you’re using the full Outlook desktop app from Microsoft 365 or the new Outlook for Windows?

    The iCloud add-in only works with the full desktop version. To fix the error, open Windows Settings, select Apps, then Default apps, and set Outlook as your default email. Then open Outlook, go to File, Options, General, and choose “Make Outlook the default program for E-mail, Contacts, and Calendar.” Restart Outlook and iCloud for Windows, then try again.

    Thanks for the update. Can you confirm if you are using the full Outlook desktop app from Microsoft 365 or the new Outlook for Windows?

    iCloud for Windows only works with the desktop app. If you have the desktop app, open Outlook, go to File, Options, General, and make sure your profile is selected. Then close and reopen Outlook. If you don’t see any option about default programs, you are likely using the new Outlook, which does not support iCloud syncing. I recommend using the desktop app for this integration.

    I'm sure I use Outlook Microsoft 365 and not Outlook til Windows. And i don't see any option about default programs whwn I go to go to File, Options, General.Skærmbillede 2025-11-04 213947
