not resolved: searches all folders in shared mailbox when scoped to "current folder"

We are having issues when trying to search a shared mailsbox with "current folder" as search scope.

Problem is that if it can't find search in the current folder, it shows result from all folders.

We can see it's happening due to the fact it saying "Showing results from all folders. No results found in current folder"

It shouldn't be doing this, when search scope is "current folder".

so it's not resolved, as claimed here.
