Hi Jorgen,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your OneDrive after the purchased additional storage. That can be super frustrating, and I totally get how important this is for you.
It looks like you're not alone in this. A few users have run into similar issues. After you upgrade your OneDrive, it can take some time for the changes to show up. Microsoft says it usually takes about 24 to 48 hours for those changes to really reflect. If it hasn't been that long since your upgrade, it might be a good idea to just hang tight for a bit longer.
In the meantime, it might help to sign out of your Microsoft account on all your devices and then sign back in. That often gives your account a little refresh. If you’re using Windows, you can try resetting the OneDrive app. Just type this command in your run dialog: %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset, And if you're on a Mac, reinstalling the app might do the trick.
If you’re still having issues after all that, it might be time to reach out to Microsoft Support. They could help refresh your account’s storage mapping directly.
Let me know how it goes. I will be more than happy to assist you.
Regards,
Carlo
