I can't use family subscription after purchase

I made a family group for me and my 2 sons, to manage their accounts.

Their mother was not in the group as we did not need it.

She then bought the Microsoft 365 family subscription, so we could both use it.

I cannot use that subscription as it was made by her in another "Family". She cannot join our family group. I cannot leave the "Family" I'm in because of an error.

"We’re having trouble and can’t remove XXXXXX from your family group right now. Refresh or wait and try again." I have tried multiple times.

I thought we could just all leave the first group and join hers, but I cannot remove the boys from the group, I am told only the parent who put them in the group can remove them, but that is me, the only adult in the group, and this shit is so irritating!

How do I get access to the purchased subscription?

Yes, I am the Family organizer and the one who set up the family group.

Family members under statutory age need an adult's consent to join a family group. Only the adult that granted consent for XXXX can remove this family member. Ask the family organizer who granted Sølve consent to remove Sølve from the family group.

I am the only adult in the group with my 2 sons, who else would be "the adult that granted consent"?

Når du forsøger at fjerne dine sønner fra gruppen, er du så logget på med den samme Microsoft-konto, som du oprindeligt brugte til at oprette familien?
Er din konto også angivet som familiearrangør, når du tjekker under Familieindstillinger online?

Den måde, Microsoft 365 Family fungerer på, er, at abonnementsfordelene kun kan deles fra den konto, der har købt den. Det betyder, at for at du og dine sønner kan bruge abonnementet, skal I alle være i samme familiegruppe som moderens konto (da det er hende, der ejer abonnementet).

Hvis du forsøger at fjerne dine sønner, men ikke kan se indstillingen Fjern fra familiegruppe, skal du først kigge efter Fjern samtykke til dette barns konto og derefter fortsætte med at fjerne dem fra gruppen. Det opklarer nogle gange problemet.
