Hi MS Support team.
Snipping tool cannot open in newly installed Windows 11?
The Windows 11 system reports a Windows install error, and actually suggest a reinstall.
Why? --- Here is the simple answer, and suggested remedy / or rather work around:.
When I updated to Windows 11 I did not activate Windows Insider program.
This is the reason why the Snipping tool does not start for a huge number of users updating to Windows 11.
When the Insider program is activated efter the Win 11 update. --- This can easely be done via Windows update. Then the Snipping tool work.
