Organisation requires your work or school account with windows hello

I am trying to change my pin code for my laptop, but whenever i go to change it, it requires that i log on with some key from my organisation. Now yes i could go to the IT deptartment, but i cannot currently get in contact with them for a while. Is there a way i can just bypass the organisation requirement and change my pin for my laptop?

Your organization requires you to set up your work or school account with windows hello face, fingerprint or PIN.

If you have already set up Windows Hello on this device, we will automatically add it to this account. You may be asked to re-verify with Windows Hello.

If your organization requires a more complex PIN, Windows will prompt you to change it.
