Azure : Development center - github too many requests

In Azure, after swapping deployment shots, we get a connectivity issue to Github.

It says: Failed to load deployment logs: Too many requests.

It won't sync, and only way of getting to a normal state is by disconnecting the slot to Github and add it again (under settings).
Its quite annoying.... what to do?
