Dear Marek,
As a forum moderator, I am not able to view billing accounts or cancel subscriptions on your behalf. My role here is limited to general guidance you can apply from your side. Based on the details, this charge is for a Microsoft 365 Business Basic subscription. The G at the start of the reference shows it's a business subscription, which is why it doesn't appear in your personal Microsoft account. Business subscriptions are linked to a separate work account, usually ending in .onmicrosoft.com, which is created when the subscription is set up.
To find and manage it:
- Search your email, including the Junk folder, for messages from Microsoft around the date of the first charge. Welcome emails and invoices usually show the account name used.
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with that account.
- Go to Billing > Your products to see the subscription, and cancel it there if you no longer need it.
If someone else set this up for you, for example at work, please ask them or your IT administrator to check it. If you don't know who your IT administrator is, please refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
If nothing matching appears there, raise a case with Microsoft billing support so an agent can trace the payment against your account: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin
I hope this information is helpful and provides you with a clear path forward. Should you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. I'm always happy to help.
