problem with microsoft family safety

so as you can see this is my family safety right now i dont know how ive got into family safety becouse i didnt start or logged in in any family safety things and i cant do anything becouse there is no administrator or spmething similar ive triend some thing to disable it and also i cant open apps like chrome is there anything that i can do?

    It appears your Microsoft account has been added to a Family Safety group as a member. Only the family organizer can change restrictions, unblock apps such as Chrome, or remove a member.

    First, sign in at Microsoft Family Safety. If you recognize the organizer, ask that person to select your account and either unblock the affected apps or choose Remove from family group. If you are given an option beside your own name to Leave family group, you can use that instead. Leaving may remove access to subscriptions or purchases shared by the family

    If your account is no longer in a family group but Windows still applies the restrictions:

    1. Press Windows + R, enter cmd, and select OK.
    2. Run: schtasks /run /tn "Microsoft\Windows\Shell\FamilySafetyRefreshTask"
    3. Restart your device.
