“The computer did not resync because no time data was available.”
w32tm /query /status ukazuje:
Source: Local CMOS Clock (LOCL)
Stratum: 1
ReferenceId: LOCL
Externí NTP servery odpovídají — test w32tm /stripchart /computer:ntp.nic.cz funguje a vrací stabilní hodnoty.
w32tm /config s různými parametry (manualpeerlist, syncfromflags, reliable:yes)
restart služby Windows Time
w32tm /unregister a w32tm /register
kompletní reset konfigurace W32Time
kontrola firewallu (UDP 123 je povolen)
testy konektivity k NTP serverům
ruční nastavení času
restart serveru
Nic z výše uvedeného nepomohlo — PDC stále ignoruje externí NTP a zůstává na LOCL.
Prosím o pomoc s diagnostikou a opravou časové služby W32Time na PDC Emulatoru.
Potřebuji, aby PDC správně synchronizoval čas z externího NTP serveru a poskytoval jej klientům v doméně.

Time Provider NtpClient: This machine is configured to use the domain hierarchy to determine its time source, but it is the AD PDC emulator for the domain at the root of the forest, so there is no machine above it in the domain hierarchy to use as a time source. It is recommended that you either configure a reliable time service in the root domain, or manually configure the AD PDC to synchronize with an external time source. Otherwise, this machine will function as the authoritative time source in the domain hierarchy. If an external time source is not configured or used for this computer, you may choose to disable the NtpClient.

Ano, to co konfiguruji je opravdu PDC, potvrzeno pomocí netdom query fsmo. V eventlogu je toto:
