Noticed that if e.g. my browser is on most of the second monitor, the clock on second monitor are doubled.
One main if clicked it will show clock on monitor one.
Second if clicked it will show clock on monitor two.
On a picture you can see how there is only one clock with less than half of browser on second monitor.
On bottom picture you can see more of browser on second monitor and second clock appeared.
Not important, but quite annoying little bug.
If i move the browser back to first monitor, the clocks will disappear.

Disable hardware acceleration.
GPU drivers are irrelevant, this is a windows issue, not GPU issue.
I want to see my taskbar on second monitor, turning it off is not a solution.
Its more of a bug, just spreading the word that there are more people who has this. I dont think there is anything i can do to fix it, MS has to fix it on their own with new patch.
Since this looks like a graphics/display issue, it’s very common for the graphics driver (or GPU settings) to be involved.
Regarding turning the taskbar off: if you follow the steps, is “off/on” mean to toggle off then on, not to keep it off, it can refresh Explorer/the UI and clear glitches that are software-related.
Even if other users report similar symptoms, that doesn’t automatically mean it’s a confirmed Windows bug, most of the time it comes down to a configuration conflict, a driver issue, or a third-party app interacting with the shell/UI.
