Missing a feature to disable or enable the potentially unwanted app blocking

Good evening,

I was trying to install an app on my computer, but windows automaticaly blocked the app, because of it being a unwanted app. I need to install this app, but I cannot find the option to disable the blocking. It is simply not there. I don`t know what to do. It is supposed to be under SmartScreen option, but as seen on the picture it is not there.

I understand that you want to disable ransomware protection;

Access Windows Security;

Click Application and Browser Control;

Click Reputation-based protection settings;

In Potentially unwanted app blocking, disable the option;

If you don't find the feature try the following;

Go to Windows Security and click on Virus and threat protection;

Click on Manage Settings;

Under Controlled Folder Access, click Manage Controlled Folder Access;

Disable "Controlled Access to Folders";
