Problems with running exe from network drive in domain

Hey there.

I have network with aprox 30 PCs in it. 15 users are using dos program located on server on shared drive. Some of them are on win XP and some on win 7 32-bit. Server is running on Windows server 2012 standard and it is domain controller. Computers are in domain.

Now here comes the problem. When i run .exe of the dos program from server on win 7 machine it disconnects that shared drive for a few seconds. Same think when I exits the program.

Example: I have the program folder open and I double click .exe -> program starts, but in explorer it kicks me out from the program folder, when i try to go back in the folder it just says that it is pointing to location which is not available any more -> when I wait few seconds I can enter the folder again -> I close the program and it kicks me from folder again.

On win XP it works fine. If the PC is not in domain it works fine too.

It is generating problems like this - user cannot run program again when he closed it before because location of .exe is unavailable etc.

Im really out of ideas. I suspected ESET antivirus but there is exceptions on that drive and when I turn ESET off completely the problem stays.

Please someone smarter HELP ME! :)
