Either way, if you're being locked out of your account, it's recommended to try the Microsoft account sign-in recovery options. From another phone or computer, visit Microsoft's sign-in recovery process. Click Sign-in Helper and follow the instructions to recover your account.
Note: Microsoft Support agents cannot manually send password-reset links or access/change account details on your behalf. You need to pass the automate recovery process first before further intervention.
Once you can sign in, check for the BitLocker key, find the one whose Key ID matches the ID displayed on the BitLocker screen, then enter the corresponding 48-digit recovery key.
