I am experiencing a daily, recurring critical error in Windows 11 Pro with the Intel(R) Dynamic Tuning Utility Application. The crash always occurs automatically at a specific time or shortly after startup.

I am using a Dell G15 5511 (Intel Core i7-11800H), and despite manually updating the driver package, the system continues to invoke the older executable file directly from the secure DriverStore repository.
