400 Robux not appearing in Roblox account

Unfortunately, “400 Robux for Xbox” is platform‑locked. Robux purchased for Xbox only work on an Xbox console and do not transfer to Roblox on PC or mobile, even when using the same Roblox account. There is no way to transfer Xbox Robux to PC.

For a refund:

• Roblox Support cannot help with Microsoft Store / Xbox purchases.
• Your only option is to contact Microsoft Support and request a manual review, explaining that:
• The item is Xbox‑only
• You do not own an Xbox
  • The Robux are unusable on your platform

You can try requesting a refund from your Microsoft order history or via Microsoft Support chat.
