I noticed that you’re using English in your posts although this is an Arabic forum so I’ll continue in English so my answer is as clear and helpful as possible. If you’d prefer me to switch to Arabic, just let me know and I’ll gladly do so.
Hi @amr alaa
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Regarding your issue, Windows 11 doesn’t use full, clear transparency. Instead, it applies visual materials like blur and tint on top of the background. Because of this design, the taskbar and window surfaces will still look dark or frosted, especially when using Dark Mode.
For more details, please refer to: Visual style
If you prefer a stronger and more visible transparency effect than what Windows offers, you can use a third‑party customization tool such as TranslucentTB. It allows you to make the taskbar fully transparent, blurred, tinted, or dynamically change with window focus.
- In the Store search bar, type: TranslucentTB
- Install the app
- Click Get > Install
- Wait for the installation to finish
- After installing, click Open in the Store or Find it in Start > TranslucentTB
- When it launches, you’ll see a small icon in the system tray (bottom‑right corner)
- Right‑click the TranslucentTB icon to open its menu. You can pick different effects such as:
Clear (fully transparent)
- Blur (frosted look)
- Opaque
- Tinted
- Right‑click the icon > Open at boot,
This keeps your taskbar transparent every time Windows starts.
