My free Outlook.com account was previously compromised and used to send spam emails. Although I have secured the account, I am still facing ongoing issues that I cannot resolve from the user side.
Current issues:
I continue to receive multiple Undeliverable (NDR) messages from ******@outlook.com with error AS:113 / 5.1.90 (daily sending limit reached).
The NDRs reference messages sent to recipients I do not recognize.
There is a malicious draft message containing Bitcoin extortion content (subject similar to “I know what you did / Read this now”).
When I delete this draft, it reappears automatically, which strongly suggests it is stuck in a server-side outbound or draft queue, not a local client issue.
My account is currently restricted and cannot send emails.
Actions already taken:
Changed password multiple times
Enabled Two-Factor Authentication (Microsoft Authenticator)
Signed out of all devices and sessions
Removed all inbox rules and forwarding
Removed all connected apps and permissions
Disabled POP/IMAP
Created a new alias and set it as the Primary alias
Despite all these actions, the issue persists.
🔹 Important note
At this point, all possible user-level and client-side security actions have been exhausted. This behavior appears to be caused by a stuck server-side transport/draft artifact that requires backend intervention.
Request for assistance
Could a Microsoft moderator or support agent please advise on:
How to clear stuck outbound drafts or transport queues at the mailbox level
How to reset the mailbox transport state
How to remove the sending restriction and fully restore normal email functionality for a free Outlook.com account
If this cannot be resolved through the community, please guide me to the correct official support channel for escalation.
