Hello,

I need assistance in recovering my Hotmail account:

I have submitted several recovery requests through the official account recovery form, but unfortunately each request was rejected due to insufficient information. This account is very old, and it is difficult to remember all the details from many years ago.

Therefore, I kindly request that my case be escalated for a manual review, as I am the original owner of the account and it is very important to me.

I also attempted to recover my account using my other Microsoft email address ([Moderator note: PII removed]@hotmail.com) as the contact/recovery email, but the process was still unsuccessful. You may contact me through this email regarding this case if needed.

I am ready to provide any additional information required to verify my identity.

The account contains important personal and historical information, and losing access to it is causing a serious problem for me. I have already provided all the information I could remember in the recovery form, but the automated system keeps rejecting my request due to insufficient details.

I kindly request that my case be escalated for a manual review by a Microsoft support agent, as this is the only way to verify ownership of an old Hotmail account like mine.

Hello, I’m Virginia a fellow Windows user.

Alas there’s no manual review so if you cannot provide enough information on the recovery form you’ll either have to try & remember the wanted information or a last resort is to create a new Microsoft account then request that Microsoft transfer purchases & subscriptions over to the new account.

I understand your point, however the automated recovery form is not working in my case, and I genuinely cannot provide old details from many years ago. The account is extremely important to me, and losing access to it is not an option.

I kindly request that this case be escalated to a Microsoft Support Engineer, as I believe only an official Microsoft agent can verify ownership in situations like this.

I am fully ready to provide any additional information directly to Microsoft Support if needed.

I understand that you are a community user, but my request clearly requires assistance from an official Microsoft Support Agent.

The automated recovery form has failed multiple times, and this is not a normal case.

I kindly ask that a Microsoft Moderator or Support Engineer review this case, as only an official Microsoft representative can provide a solution.

Unfortunately Microsoft don’t read the questions or post here, everyone here is another user. There is no-one to escalate your problem to. There is only the customer support numbers which I mentioned.

I understand that community users participate here, however Microsoft Moderators and Support Engineers do reply on this platform, especially in account-related issues.

This case is not a normal scenario, and I kindly request that a Microsoft Moderator review this post. I am simply asking for guidance from an official Microsoft representative, as the automated form is not working in my situation.

I understand that Microsoft relies on the account recovery form. However, I have already completed and submitted the recovery form many times over the years. Each time, I successfully entered the verification code that was sent to me, but my recovery request was rejected because the information I provided was considered insufficient.

The account is more than 10 years old, and unfortunately I no longer remember enough historical information to satisfy the automated recovery system.

I would like to emphasize that:

I know the account address: ******@hotmail.com.
I know the account password.
I used the account successfully for many years on my Android phone.
The problem started after I signed into the account on another mobile phone.
After that, I lost access on both phones.
The recovery phone number is no longer available to me.
I have submitted multiple recovery requests, but they were rejected because the information provided was not considered sufficient.
I am still using the same original phone on which the account was previously active.

Given these circumstances, I would appreciate any alternative method that would allow me to verify my ownership of the account and regain access.
