Dear @AYMAN ABOALI,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
We apologize for any inconvenience you may encounter when using our services/ products. Based on your description, kindly try these following steps: Repair system files (fixes broken Settings/Store/network/audio components)
Navigate to Command Prompt (Run as Administrator) > type:
sfc /scannow
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
The SFC/DISM pair repairs OS components commonly responsible for Settings not opening and no audio/network.
Network stack reset (for “no Wi‑Fi/LAN”)
- In the Command Prompt > type:
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /flushdns
shutdown /r /t 0
After reboot:
- Try Settings > Network & Internet > Wi‑Fi again.
- If adapters are missing, open Device Manager (devmgmt.msc):
- View > Show hidden devices.
- Under Network adapters, right‑click your Wi‑Fi/LAN device > Uninstall device (check Delete driver software if available) > Action > Scan for hardware changes > or Update driver > Search automatically.

Audio stack recovery (for “no sound”)
- Right‑click the speaker icon > Sound settings (or ms-settings:sound via Win + R).
- Set Output device correctly.
- In Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers:
- Uninstall the audio device > Scan for hardware changes.
- Or Update driver > Search automatically.
- If you use a Bluetooth headset:
- Remove the device > re‑pair it; then confirm the Hands‑Free profile is not selected for music.

Bring back Microsoft Store if it still not works
Navigate to PowerShell (Run as Administrator) > type:
Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore | Reset-AppxPackage
Get-App
Then:
wsreset.exe
Windows Update & driver refresh
- Open Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.
- Install optional driver updates, especially for Network and Audio.
