After subscribing to Windows Insider A big problem arose and I tried hard to solve it, but it was never resolved, even though I made every effort to solve it. However, I failed, so I performed a restore windows I have tried all the solutions to this problem, but it has never been resolved. I am writing the same command on another device, but this message never appears. Is it because this device is installed at your place? It is a personal device that works inside the house, so it does not receive much attention, while the other device is located at the company, so it receives attention. Why does this problem always appear on my device? My laptop

    Hi ايمن صبري زرع,
I apologize for a late reply. Your support will continue until we find a solution, or we have a workaround.

I also apologize that I don't fully understand your concern at first. To leave the Windows Insider Program, please visit Microsoft official Leave the Windows Insider Program for more information.

To ensure you get a clean system, I suggest you do a Clean Install after that. It also gets rid of Windows Update error.

Please ensure that you backup any important data, including Documents, Pictures, Videos, and more.

    1. Download Windows Media Creation Tool, please visit Download Windows 11
    2. Then scroll down to Create Windows 11 Installation Media and click Download Now
Please spend some time to take a look at Before you begin using the media creation tool > USB flash drive:  Attach a blank USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space. Any content on the flash drive will be deleted.
    3. Open downloaded file, walk through until you see a screen asking you Choose which media to use, choose USB flash
    4. Select the bootable USB flash drive with at least 8GB of space that you have prepared to use, then select **Next
**Reminder: any content on the USB flash drive will be deleted.
    5. The USB flash drive will now serve as bootable Windows 11 Installation Media. Select Finish
    6. Reboot your system and boot into USB flash drive
    7. Walk through steps to Clean Install your system

I hope the information above is helpful to you.

Good evening, I hope you are well. I will take your lack of response to mean that you no longer have an answer and that you have given up on finding a solution to my problem. I would like to clarify something important to you: my internet connection is very good, and I have already downloaded the Windows version from your website, which is activated by Microsoft. So why am I not receiving the appropriate response, considering that I am a subscriber? the appropriate response, given that I am a subscriber to " OFFICE 365 " I don't trust you and I don't know what to do. All I want is to get out of the trial version of "Windows Insider"

Thank you very much for providing the answer and support in solving my problem, but after I did everything you asked me to do, the problem remains unsolved. I have done this before. I restored the copy, and when this update came, it never happened, and the problem remained as it was. I wrote about this in RUN " msdt.exe -id WindowsUpdateDiagnostic"He did what was necessary, and I restarted the computer, but to no avail. The problem was not solved.2

Please notice that this is Arabic locale, however since you use English in your question, I will respond in English.

    Hi ايمن صبري زرع,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum. I'm happy to help. The issue "DISM" command stucks at 62.3% is not really an issue. "DISM" command with "/Online" parameter indicates that "DISM" will use online resources for its task, while the progress 62.3% indicates that DISM is currently downloading resources. This progress highly depends on your internet connection, so please be patient.

There's another option is running an In-place upgrade, it's easier to track how the progress is going.

Try these steps bellow to In-place Upgrade your system:

*Disclaimer: Let’s try performing an in-place install or in-place upgrade which will refresh your Windows files and operating system without removing files or applications. That being said, we always recommend that if you have important data, you should back it up before making large system changes. If you want to back up your data first, please do so. Once you are done backing up, you can follow the steps in the following guides:
How to run In-place upgrade in Windows 11 - Microsoft Community
How to perform an In-place Upgrade with Windows 10 Step-by-Step Guide - Microsoft Community

    1. Download Windows Media Creation Tool
      1. If you're on Windows 10, please visit Download Windows 10
      2. If you're on Windows 11, please visit Download Windows 11
    2. Then scroll down to Create Windows 10 installation media / Create Windows 11 Installation Media and click Download Now
    3. Open downloaded file, walk through until you see a screen asking you What do you want to do? / Choose which media to use
      1. If you're on Windows 10, choose Create installation media > Next > ISO file
      2. If you're on Windows 11, choose ISO file
    4. Choose the location you want to save ISO file, then wait for the tool download it
    5. Open ISO file, Windows will create a drive
    6. Open newly created drive, run Setup
    7. Walk through steps to In-place upgrade your system
