The memory feature is not working for me.

Since this is a cloud-based AI features, it will rarely affect a single user, so you are probably not alonein this. The caused of this might range from a bug in the back end to a planned disable of this feature temporarily to fully fix the issue.

On the user side, here is something you can try to see if it works for you:

• Reset memory for Copilot While it is unable to fix server-side issue, it could help with user exclusive issue like a corrupted memory state. You can user the "Delete memory" option that you see to reset it.
• Post your feedback in the apps You can feedback the issue directly to the Copilot developer team by clicking on the three-dots button and select "Send feedback".
