    Hi Ahmad,

Thank you for your clear follow up. If all else fails, the last resort we have to permanently resolved the issue is by performing clean install.

In clean installation, be reminded that everything inside your device such as

files and programs that you installed yourself will be wiped out leaving the

operating system alone. It's like going back to its original settings. So

before doing this, I would recommend to do a backup first of your important

files to avoid any data loss.

    1. Plug the bootable flash drive on the PC.
    2. Restart the PC
    3. Once the Manufacturer's logo appeared, press any keys to interrupt.
    4. You should see the installation page. If not, you need to change the boot sequence and set the USB as first boot for the device.
    5. Restart PC again.
    6. You will see the setup screen. Choose language, time and currency format and Keyboard input method and then Choose Install
    7. Enter or Skip the Activation part.
    8. Accept the License Term and click Next.
    9. Delete all the drives until it shows “unallocated drive 0” Appears, select that drive (or select your SSD drive) and proceed with the installation.
    10. Wait for the installation to complete and you're all set.

    Hello Ahmad,

This is April, I'll be happy to assist you. Sorry to hear that you're having issue with Saudi Arabia keyboard. Let me help you out.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Based on the description you provided, it seems that the Saudi Arabia keyboard keeps re-appearing even after you remove it. This issue is common in Windows 11 when certain languages or regions are set by default, or when language settings are being synced through your Microsoft account.

Here are some steps to try and permanently remove that Saudi Arabia keyboard:

    1. Check your Windows Display Language and Regional Settings
    • Go to Settings and navigate to Time & language > Language & region.
    • Under Preferred languages, if you see Arabic (Saudi Arabia) or similar, click on it and select Remove.
    • Check the Regional format and set it to your desired region (such as United States)
    1. Remove the Keyboard Layout via Advanced Keyboard Settings
    • Go to Settings > Time language > Typing > Advanced keyboard settings
    • Under Override for default input method, Choose your preferred keyboard layout (such as English (United States) - US)
    • toggle off "Let me use a different input for each app window" if it's on.
    1. Turn Off Language Sync (if using a Microsoft Account)
    • Go to Settings > Accounts > Windows backup
    • Under Remember my language preferences, switch off "Remember my preferences".
    1. Delete Any Remaining Language Packs Using PowerShell
    • Press Win + X and select Windows Terminal (Admin)
    • Run this command to see installed language packs:

    Get-WinUserLanguageList

    • If Arabic (Saudi Arabia) appears in the list, remove it by running:

    $LangList = Get-WinUserLanguageList

    $LangList.RemoveAll({$_.LanguageTag -eq "ar-SA"})

    Set-WinUserLanguageList $LangList -Force

Try those steps and restart your PC.

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance you can reply to this message. We’re here to help, and we appreciate your continued trust in us.

    Thank you,

    April P.
