problem in onedrive storage

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Microsoft account storage. Despite deleting all of my old emails and ensuring that my OneDrive is completely empty, my account still shows that 54GB of storage is being used.

I’ve checked both Outlook and OneDrive multiple times, and there doesn’t appear to be any remaining files, emails, or attachments. I’ve also ensured that nothing is in the trash folders.

Could someone help me understand why this is happening and how I can resolve it? Is there a hidden storage or cache that I might be missing?
