استخدامُ Outlook الكلاسيكي على Windows لإدارةِ البريدِ الإلكترونيِّ الشخصيِّ والتقويمِ وجهاتِ الاتصال
Hi, I am an Independent Advisor, and welcome to Microsoft Q&A.
I understand you are having problems opening Outlook.
Please try to create a new mail profile.
Follow the steps below.
- Close Outlook completely
Make sure Outlook is not running before making profile changes.
- Open Control Panel
Press Windows + R, type control, and press Enter.
If needed, switch View by: to Small icons or Large icons.
- Go to Mail settings
Click Mail (Microsoft Outlook) or Mail (32-bit).
In the Mail Setup window, click Show Profiles.
- Add a new profile
Click Add….
Enter a name for the new profile (e.g., Work, Personal).
Click OK.
- Set up your email account
Follow the prompts to enter your name, email address, and password.
Outlook will try to auto-configure your account.
If it fails, choose Manual setup and select the correct account type (Exchange, IMAP, POP).
- Choose profile behavior
Back in the Mail window, under When starting Microsoft Outlook, choose:
Prompt for a profile to be used (if you want to choose each time you open Outlook)
Always use this profile (if you want Outlook to open the new one automatically).
- Open Outlook with the new profile
Start Outlook and select the new profile (if prompted).
It will load with the new account settings.
