In addition to what was posted by @lTin Luna Transferring Microsoft Office 2021 to another computer can be done but it depends on the type of license you have. Here is why your product key might not be working

Reta License - Can be moved to another PC if uninstalled from the old one
OEM -Tied to the original device; cannot be transferred

If your license is transferable, you must remove Office from the old device by going to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps

Find Microsoft Office 2021

Click Uninstall
Install Office on the New Computer Visit office.com/setup

Sign in with the Microsoft account linked to your product key

Enter your product key and follow the prompts to download and install

If the key isn’t accepted, it might already be linked to a Microsoft account. Try signing in with any account you’ve used before.
