1. Could you please help me understand what you mean by disappears? For example, does the data completely vanish, get moved to a Deleted Items or Recycle Bin folder, or perhaps become inaccessible or corrupted? Have you had a chance to peek into those folders?
2. What steps have you already tried to resolve this? Such as restarting your device, logging out and back in, looking in specific folders.
3. Could you share how this issue is affecting your finances, as you mentioned above?
