Microsoft Word, words get shuffled when Arabic Language documents are opened

Thank you for your reply and sharing information. Since the same scenario didn’t occur when you create a new document with Arabic text in the newer Office version. The problem should be related to this particular document rather than Office apps in this scenario,

If it is convenient, would you mind share a simple file that contains this issue and share with us via an anonymous sharing link, such as OneDrive link, so that we can also open the same file from our sides in Word app and see the results. Thank you.

It seems that this problem only occurred when you open with a newer version. If you open the same document in Office 2016 apps, this scenario doesn’t occur based on your updates.

 

To further narrow down this problem, may I confirm the following information at your convenience?

1: What is “newer version” you are using to open this document that has this problem? You can open Word app > File > Account > Under Product Information to find details and share a screenshot like below.

 

 

2: Except this document that others sent to you, if you create a new document in the newer Office version and enter the Arabic text, does the same scenario occur?

1. The latest version same as the one you had screenshotted. But I tried office 2019 also, same problem.
2. Problem only on the documents sent to me. If I make a new file there is no problem.

Yes I checked and the solutions offered i already applied before asking. I downgraded to office2016 and it works fine on there. But can't find a solution to make it word on the newer versions
