That is a System Backup, do you have a previously saved System Backup of your PC?

if you do not have a system backup stored somewhere, you cannot use that option.

is the Windows reset option available to you in the recovery environment?

If that was unsuccessful, in the Recovery Environment there is an option to reset Windows, select that and choose to keep your files.

What do I choose from these options? please clarify. I don't want to lose my files in disk D
