how to add genie effect

Hi my name is Tamir im a Microsoft user like you, There is no way to add the genie effect to windows 11 without having a Third Party software like WindowsFX or alternative, the Genie effect is something is on the MAcOS and not Windows microsoft does not add feature that are another OS that they don't own.
