lost my access to my Azure admin account

Hello,

I’ve lost access to my Azure directory/account.

I originally used a personal Microsoft account but I can no longer see my subscription, App Services, or database.

Please help me regain access to the admin account or transfer ownership of the subscription tied to this tenant.
