Hi,

We went through your post carefully and it seems like the yellow error persists even you relog account or reinstall Office. If so, kindly check the following suggestions and see if the issue can be fixed or narrow down further.

1.Follow the steps or simply download and run the official tool to clean the local account cache. Reset Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise activation state - Office | Microsoft Docs(Download the OLicenseCleanup.vbs tool and automatically run everything)

2.Check this similar thread: "Account Error - Sorry, We can't get to you account right - Microsoft Community

3.Let Office do a self-check: Repair an Office application (microsoft.com)

If the issue persists, please share back these details as needed for the next troubleshooting.

1.Have you recently change password for your account or turn on Two-Factor authentication?

2.If other users in your organization is having the similar issue on their sides? Or you are the only user?

3.Share the screenshot of the current Office version from Word/Excel>File>Account.

Best Regards,

Mia
