Hi Aal -
Welcome to the Microsoft Community
Understanding your problem, the computer does not display the Android phone menu
- Confirm that the data cable supports data transfer:
Some USB cables only support charging function, not data transfer. If your data cable is given as a gift or is relatively old, you may need to replace it with a new one to ensure that it supports data transfer.
- Try to change the data cable:
Use a USB cable that is known to support data transfer to connect the Android device to the computer to see if the problem can be solved.
- Check the USB interface:
Try to plug the data cable into other USB ports on the computer, especially the ports in the back or directly connected to the motherboard. Some front USB ports may have unstable voltage or only support low-speed data transfer.
- Confirm the device status:
On the Android device, after connecting to the computer, a notification may pop up asking you whether to allow the computer to access the device data. Make sure to select Allow or Trust.
- Enable Developer Options and USB Debugging:
Make sure that the "Developer Options" on the Android device is enabled and the "USB Debugging" switch is turned on:
Usually in "Settings" -> "About Phone", continuously click "Build Number" until you see "You are now in Developer Mode".
Go back to Settings -> Developer options, find USB debugging and enable it.

Best wishes
