I purchased Windows 365 for personal use and it keeps asking me for either a product code or a PIN, and I get errors from that point on. Frustrating paying for something you're unable to use, so how do I get all my programs working without a product code

Recently purchased Windows 365 & Office but I keep getting asked either for a product key (which apparently they no longer supply) or a PIN which I never set up, so how do I get this to work?

If you purchased directly from Microsoft, you usually don't see a product key. The Office subscription will become associated with your Microsoft account at https://account.microsoft.com/services. Use the account to install Office on your PC. Use the account credentials to activate the product.

On the other hand, if you purchased from a third-party seller (not Microsoft), you should have been provided with a key. Follow the seller's instructions for the install.
