I received an email notice that my Microsoft 365 Family subscription had been renewed on June 24, 2025. My credit card was charged on the same day. But Word, Excel, etc. are no longer on my laptop. How can this be fixed? I have the order number if needed.

Search for the individual apps from the Windows Start menu and start them from there. You can pin shortcuts to the Windows taskbar and/or to the Start menu for easy access.

If the apps are really missing, you can reinstall from your associated account at https://account.microsoft.com/services.
