Hi, I'm Jan and I'm happy to help you today. I'm sorry you're having this problem. The dmp files indicate errors related to network connections. This is most likely related to network drivers , network settings or software installed recently.

Here are some things you can try.

  • Try to roll back the network drivers

Press the Windows key + X

Select the Device Manager

Expand the Network adapter.

Select the Network driver you are currently using, WIFI and Ethernet driver properties

Under the Driver tab

Try to Rollback the driver.

Restart your computer.

  • Press the Windows key and search for "Network Reset."

Then open Network Reset

and click "Reset."

Restart your computer.

  • There is also an error related to the Bluetooth drivers. Download the latest network drivers from the Manufacturer's support website. Install the drivers and restart the computer. If that didn't work try to rollback the driver in the Device Manager.
  • If a third-party security software or VPN software is installed. Try to temporarily clean and uninstall them. Use the uninstall tools provided from their support website to fully remove the software. Then observe if the system stabilizes. In some cases, they can cause issues with system updates.

    Hi,

Repeated BSODs (Blue Screen of Death) indicate a serious problem that needs troubleshooting. Start by updating drivers and Windows, checking for hardware issues, and running a virus scan. If the problem persists, consider resetting or reinstalling Windows. Safe mode can help isolate driver issues.

Here's a more detailed breakdown of troubleshooting steps:

    1. Identify the Error Code: BSODs often display a "stop code" or error code. Note this code, as it can provide clues to the cause.
    2. Safe Mode: Boot into Safe Mode to see if the issue persists. If it doesn't, the problem is likely related to a driver or software that doesn't load in Safe Mode.
