Error Code: 0x0000225
So what happend is that I was trying dual boot Windows 10 LTSC 2021 and Windows 11 then I gave up. But when I booted to Windows 11. Recovery errors spawned in
I entered Recovery Mode but The boot error screen didn't let me in
My only option is reinstalling Windows since I have a USB but I came here to ask you is there will be solution to this or Reinstalling is only the option since I don't want to lose data from this.

Are you able to access the recovery environment using these steps?
Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down
Do this twice
On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

If you still cannot access the recovery environment, boot your PC from the bootable USB you have, then rather than installing Windows 11, select ‘Repair this Computer’ that will give you access to the Recovery Environment on the USB and try each available recovery option.
