I have WIN10 Home license, witch came with my PC.
I purchased WIN10PRO license, but I'm not able to upgrade WIN10 HOME to WIN10PRO trough Start > Settings > Update & Security > Activation > Change product key.
The system writes: "The product key that you entered didn't work. Check the product key and try again, or enter a different one. (0xc004f050).
I asked the seller another one key, got it, but also didn't work.
Could you please advice how to upgrade my PC.

You can go to Settings > System > Activation > Change product key
Disconnect internet, and disable any third party antivirus, key in the generic key instead: VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T
That should get you to Pro. Once restarted, you can connect back to the internet, now go to the same settings to enter the key you bought.
