Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!
I'm really sorry about that, but Bluetooth headsets on Windows 10 operate in two modes:
Stereo (A2DP) – High-quality audio, no mic support.
Hands-Free (HFP/HSP) – Mic enabled, low-quality audio.
Windows treats these as separate devices, so you cannot use both high-quality audio and the mic simultaneously due to Bluetooth limitations.
You will have to use a separate mic while keeping Stereo mode for better audio.
Disable "Hands-free Telephony" in Bluetooth settings (disables mic).
Use a dedicated Bluetooth/2.4Ghz adapter for better profile handling. (Something like a gaming headset with 2.4ghz dongle.)
Kind Regards,
Charity
