Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
There is no native method or setting in Windows to set a custom mouse cursor on an app by app basis, that has never been an option in Windows.
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I am wordering how / if we can config different customized mouse cursors according different applications, of course, when the application itself does not have custom mouse cursors, using default windows arrow cursor.
Is it possible?
Thanks.
